1. Upon receipt of your Gold Pack at our premises we will separate, weigh, acid test, and evaluate
   your items.
2. Your payment will be established based on the New York Spot Gold Market price at that moment, ensuring you of the most up to the minute evaluation.
3. An Email message will be sent to you telling you how much cash you will get.
4. You will be requested to fill in the settlement form immediately to accept our payment by check
   sent to you within 24 hours of your agreement.
5. If you are not completely satisfied with our evaluation and cash offer, just check the box that says (I decline) and we will return your precious metals at no cost to you.
6. The above method ensures that you will know exactly how much cash you will receive and exactly when we will send it.
